Abstract

|
Anorectal malignant melanoma is rare and its precise origin and treatment of choice are still a matter of debate.
This article reports one case of anal malignant melanoma which was melanotic, large polypoid mass and ascertained anal origin.
Authors treated this case by local excision plus Tubercin-3 immunotherapy. Conclusively, authors agree to reserve abdominoperineal resection for case with a better prognosis.
